Job Description

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM
  • Basis: RM2,000-3,000
  • Guaranteed annual base salary increase of 10-20%
  • Performance Bonus: Responsible for 1% of the total project sales
  • Malaysia law: KWSP (EPF), SOCSO & EIS
  • Holidays, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave prescribed by the Malaysia law

Responsibilities

  • General support (Hotline, WhatsApp and Email)
  • Export and backup receipts
  • Contact vendor
  • HR job (hiring, interview, onboarding and offboarding)
  • Billing follow up (create quotation and invoice)
  • Main approval then update manager

Requirements

  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Office or accounting software)
  • Good communication and understanding skills
  • Can use Chinese and English communication
  • Min 3 years work experience
