Job Description

Department: Admin Dept.
Reporting To: CEO
Work Location: Remote (Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Management

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including contract signing, system registration, and orientation arrangements.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure completeness and accessibility of talent records.

2. Employee Relations & Daily HR Operations

  • Handle HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and promotions while ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters and contribute to improving workplace policies and benefits.

3. HR Records & Attendance Management

  • Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave requests, and work schedules for accurate payroll processing.
  • Coordinate social security and provident fund-related matters in compliance with local regulations (where applicable).

4. HR Data & Analysis

  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data such as recruitment progress and employee turnover rates to support management decisions.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, including hiring reports, training effectiveness evaluations, and employee satisfaction surveys.

5. Other HR Support Functions

  • Assist in refining HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in corporate culture initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage internal communication channels to ensure transparency and smooth information flow.


Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Work Experience

  • 1-2 years of HR-related experience, with familiarity in recruitment, employee management, and attendance tracking.
  • Experience in IT or tech-related companies is preferred.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR management systems (HRMS), and attendance tracking tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance matters.

4. Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

  • Salary Range: RM2500-3000+ (Based on Experience & Skills)
