Job Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the creation, development, and delivery of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align product strategies with business goals, and ensure that our solutions meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on market research and customer insights.
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, development, and marketing teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- MVP Development: Oversee the planning and execution of product features to ensure timely delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to manage product lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development for continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance, identify areas for optimization, and drive improvements to meet business KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, IT, or AI-related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from conception to launch.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
