Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will focus on promptly responding to incoming leads from paid ads, understanding customer needs, and assisting them through the initial stages of the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management:

   • Respond to inquiries generated from paid advertising campaigns via email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
   • Follow up with potential clients to qualify leads and gather key information.
   • Ensure all leads are recorded and updated in the CRM system.

2. Customer Communication:

   • Answer customer queries related to products and services, providing accurate and engaging information.
   • Coordinate product demonstrations or meetings for qualified leads with the sales team.

3. Sales Support:

   • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
   • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.

4. Performance Monitoring:

   • Track lead responses and conversion rates, providing regular updates to the team.
   • Identify and report trends or common customer inquiries to improve ad targeting and lead quality.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales assistance, or lead management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
