Job Description

Salary: RM4,000 + commission

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the SaaS solution to potential customers.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer requirements and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, emphasizing the value proposition of the SaaS product.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, track leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle using CRM software.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, engaging with them regularly to understand their evolving needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospects, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction post-sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and articulate the value proposition of the SaaS product.
  • Negotiation Skills: Basic negotiation skills to handle discussions on pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to balance lead generation activities, sales calls, and administrative tasks.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and quotas without constant supervision.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections during the sales process.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and product development to support sales efforts.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, product features, and sales strategies.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and guidelines in sales practices.

Bonus Points

  • Potential Customers: Receive a bonus of RM1000 for successfully converting a potential customer into a paying customer. If no conversions occur within a specified time frame, the bonus amount will be allocated towards advertising expenses aimed at generating more leads.
  • Conducting a minimum of 50 product demonstrations per month and securing a minimum of 10 successful transactions (sales) per month.
  • Commission is calculated based on the specific rate assigned to the achievement level you reach. The higher your performance level, the higher your commission rate.
