Synorex Sdn Bhd (“Synorex”) is committed to customer satisfaction and strives to provide the highest quality services. The following refund policy applies to Synorex’s SaaS subscriptions and custom software development services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these refund terms.

SaaS Subscription Refunds

  • Free Trial: Our SaaS subscription services include a free trial period. Therefore, once the paid subscription period begins, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees.
  • Auto-Renewal: Refunds will not be provided for auto-renewed subscriptions if the subscription was not canceled in time. Note that when auto-renewal is enabled, a notification will be sent to the payment card. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to renewal to avoid charges.

Custom Service Fees Refunds

  • Service Nature: Custom development services are service-based projects and are billed according to project progress. Refunds will not be provided if the client is dissatisfied with the completed project. Refund terms will be specifically outlined in the contract, and no refund will be given unless a separate written refund agreement exists.
  • Project Contracts: Refund policies for custom projects are clearly specified within the project contract. Unless a written refund agreement is included in the contract, service fees are non-refundable.

Promotions and Discounts

  • Non-Refundable: Services purchased through promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts apply to initial subscriptions only, with renewals billed at standard rates.

Exceptions
If a purchased service has not been delivered, or if the delivered service is significantly different from what is specified in the quotation or invoice, Synorex will provide a full refund.

All refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page. Synorex reserves the right to assess refund requests based on these terms and the specific circumstances of each case.
